Members Area Terms

Thank you for taking the time to read my terms, I do appreciate it:0)
If there is something you are not sure of, please just email me and I will help you out.

These seem long and boring, but that is because there is so much inside my members area, I have to cover everything :0)

 By joining my membership area, you are agreeing to these terms.

**You Do Not Need A Website To Join, but if you have one, you will need to let me know on the join form :0) **

You must display my members logo on your website, on a memberships page is fine, Please can you do this within 7 days. 
I ask that you display a link on all your sites where you use memberships to make things, as it can help avoid any misunderstandings at a later date. 

Please do not ask for a refund because I will not give one once you have used your member name and password. Because of the nature of this site, there may be someone not as honest as you that joins, takes what they need then says Cornish Designs is not for them and they would like their money back!

Membership Usernames and Passwords are never to be shared with anyone, if I find out that you are sharing log in information, then I will terminate your account and you will receive no refund. So please if anyone says that they have lost their sign in information, just send them my way and I will help them out:0) If you will be using 2 computers to log in, then I will need to know, for example using one at work and one at home.

Lifetime membership is for the lifetime of the site:0)

Line Art:

You May: color the line art and make stationary, web sets, Premades, sig tags e.t.c for yourself or for profit.

You May: Alter or animate the line art to reach your desired result if you wish, but by changing a few pixels for example does not make it copyright to you, the copyright remains with Cornish Designs.

You Can NOT: Offer the line art in its original form, it must be colored first.

You Can NOT: Make tutorials with the line art without a license.

You can NOT: Offer any dolls out "naked" as bases, they must be dressed first.

You CAN make tubes using my lineart only if you have a Tubes License. This Excludes The Sugar Dumplings.

Tutorials:

You May: Use the results of the tutorials to make stationary, web sets, Premades, sig tags e.t.c for yourself or for profit.

You can NOT: Offer any dolls out "naked" as bases, they must be dressed first.

You Can NOT: Put my tutorials up on your own site or on to a CD or through a email group

You CAN make tubes using the results of my tutorials only if you have a Tubes License. EXCLUDING the Sugar Dumplings.

Please don't' just take my samples in my tutorials.

Doll Bases:

All dolls have to be dressed first before you offer them out in any form, this includes if you make a doll from the lineart, a tutorial or use a base.

Tubes / Graphics I Offer To You:

You can not redistribute any of my tubes I have made in the members area, you are welcome to use them for premades, websets, sigtags e.t.c, to offer out for free or for profit but they must not be offered as they are in tube, clipart e.t.c form.

When Your Membership Expires:

If your membership at Cornish Designs is no longer active, but you still display things that you have made from your time as a member at Cornish Designs either for free or for profit, then you must clearly display a Link to Cornish Designs.

Tubes License:

From 20th Feb 2007: If you wish to make tubes / clipart / gifs to offer out for for free or for profit then you must purchase a Tubes License. You must display your Tubes License on the page where you offer out your tubes or graphics. Your customers do not have to link to me. This does not include members that joined before the 20th Feb 2007.

Commercial License:

I am offering a Commercial License if you wish to make a profit from digitizing items for profit, such as making cross-stitch / embroidery patterns e.t.c to sell or other such craft items. 

This is a one time fee and is on top of the membership plan you choose. When your membership expires, you are still able to make a profit with the commercial License using anything you downloaded / made from within the members area from your time as a member for as long as you so wish as long as you have a logo or text link displayed on your site.
